At Hygienify.com, we aim to deliver your hygiene essentials quickly and securely across India. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All major cities and towns across India
  • Most semi-urban and rural areas
  • All valid Indian postal codes
  • International shipping is not available at this time

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 3/Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delays may occur during festivals, natural disruptions, or courier issues.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹799
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49–₹99 (for orders below ₹799)
  • Express Shipping (if available): ₹149–₹199
  • Remote Area Surcharge: ₹50–₹100 (applied as applicable)

Final shipping cost will be shown during checkout.


Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours
  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • Confirmation email and tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you can:

  • Track it via the tracking link sent to your email/SMS
  • Log in to your Hygienify.com account dashboard
  • Use the tracking ID on the courier partner’s website

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable and trusted courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery
  • Bluedart
  • Shiprocket
  • DTDC
  • India Post (for remote areas)

Delivery Attempts

  • Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made
  • If undelivered, the package will be returned to us
  • Reshipping may incur additional charges
  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package is:

  • Delayed: Please wait up to 7 business days and contact support
  • Lost or not delivered: Report within 7 days of the estimated delivery date
  • Our team will investigate and offer a replacement or refund, if applicable

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • Email us with photos of the packaging and product
  • Retain original packaging for inspection
  • We’ll resolve the issue via replacement/refund as needed
