Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery
  • Must include original order number
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted
  • Certain promotional or hygiene-related items may have special return conditions

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in new and unused condition
  • Must include all tags, labels, accessories, and original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items must be free from damage, stains, or wear

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Cleaning sprays, disinfectants, or liquids
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Customized or bundled items
  • Gift cards and digital products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@hygienify.com with:
    • Order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos (in case of damage or defect)
  2. Wait for our team to approve the return
  3. Upon approval, you'll receive a return shipping label or instructions
  4. Pack items securely and return via designated courier

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund will be processed within 1–4 business days of receiving and inspecting the return
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3–7 days
  • Wallet refunds: 24–48 hours
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective or wrong items only
  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Subject to product availability
  • No exchanges for color/size preferences unless explicitly offered
  • Exchange shipping may apply

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or wrong item received
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage
  • Use a trackable courier service
  • Returns damaged in transit will not be accepted

Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items

Please report within the following timeframe:

  • Damaged items: within 48 hours of delivery
  • Wrong items or missing contents: within 3 days
  • Provide photos and retain original packaging for inspection

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • To cancel, email us at support@hygienify.com
  • Cancellation after dispatch is not possible
  • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed in 1–3 business days
